Taking part in Run Prestwood is more than running, it's life-changing for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS).
This event is hosted by the Chilterns MS Centre and the funds you raise will go directly towards their mission of empowering everyone affected by MS through physical, practical and emotional support.
Based in Wendover, the Centre supports over 130 members every week. Over the last 12 months, we have adapted our services for members, bringing many of our services, such as physiotherapy counselling and therapeutic leisure groups, online.
"From walking with a single stick to being mostly wheelchair dependant, the MS Centre has remained a totally supportive part of my MS journey. Always proactive in developing ways to help me deal with helping myself."
